Look, I understand this is a budget franchise, but stay far from this place.
Booked through expedia, so naturally they only show the most prestigious room/s they have. Well I check in and get to my room, sat my soda down.
Went into use bathroom and get a shower. WRONG! There was hairs in the tub, okay, I can live with that, so upon further inspection I notice the toilet seat is a little dingy. Tried to wipe it off, no problem just stained from old age. Lifted the seat God and it had pieces of God knows what. Upon even closer inspection, I noticed behind the toilet it was really nasty, so I got a closer look and it was black mold! Yes folks, you heard me right.
So, I get in my car, drove up to the office, advised the man on duty. He asked, "Are you checking out?" I said "no, I just want a clean room." He said he would clean my room, I once again told him I just wanted a different clean room, I have to get up early. He said, "I will come clean your room." So I give in and like fine thats cool.
I drive back to room, wait a few minutes for the man or cleaning staff. The man shows up with a single rag and only what I can presume was glass cleaner since it was blue and in an unmarked bottle. I immediately told him that was black mold behind the toilet. He said he would clean it. At this point, I just want sleep, so, I handed him the key card back and booked another hotel.
