"No free breakfast The shower handle came off in my hand, it was cumbersome and complicated to operate, and would now shutoff. The toilet was too low to the floor - non-ADA compliant, and the door to the bathroom was too close to the toilet so, I had to swing my knees out of the was to close he door and achieve some privacy. It was once a very expansive and nice property but it is now rundown and not a lot of investment in updated fixtures. Even the room comfort controls were dimly lit and very noisy."

"The Joinery was the perfect location and it was maybe a 15 minute walk to Market Square. It was a lot of luxury for a reasonable price. The food in their restaurant was fantastic!! We enjoyed both breakfast and dinner and was not disappointed either time. The staff was beyond friendly and very polite and helpful!! They accommodated us with our little pug, Deebo, who also enjoyed his stay!"

"Nothing was good about the service and management. no shower curtain in bathroom. I reserved for a late check out when I booked 3 weeks ago but on day of check out told I could not that they were all booked and I had no notes that this was the case for my stay in there system. manager one of them anyway (Ryan) was extremely rude. Hez was no better he also stated he couldn’t provide his last name when asked. Horrible service and a huge inconvenience."
