Good location in downtown PGH. Garage parking is $45/night so I opted to chance street parking. Plenty of spots in adjacent streets, though hourly rates apply during typical daytime hours. Room was decently clean. Towels were mostly well worn. Shower drain was clogged on first night though easy fix. Pet rate is fairly reasonable at $75/stay. Mattress was too soft - q

We had a very comfortable and enjoyable stay minus the one employee was far from customer friendly. We can down with our son daughter Inlaw and 2 year old granddaughters to have breakfast. When we asked where it would be served she very rudely said that there would be no breakfast That morning because the server didn’t show up and that it was NOT her problem( not that anyone said it was) on the same day as more family was arriving for the wedding(the reason we were staying there) one of the guests who hadn’t seen the 2 year old twins in a while was excited to see them and was talking to the girls. The same employee at the desk(let me point out that NOONE else was waiting to be checked in) again very rudely said to the elder woman ma’am I need your information for check in. The hotel was clean , great location, convenient and comfortable. This one employee with more than one rude response really turned us off. It was as very unnecessary. The fact that all the guests had to leave the hotel and seek breakfast elsewhere was also very inconvenient, especially when you are on wedding festivity schedules.
