The staff were really good. I ended up getting an upgrade because they didn’t have a room in my class which was fantastic. I appreciated that. What I didn’t see on the website is that the restaurants, both of them, are closed on Mondays so I had nowhere to eat and no way to go get something so I had to order in food which I did not plan. Other than that the stay was fantastic.

Our room on the 2nd floor street side was terrible !! It was noisy , as if the windows were cracked open and I can feel the cold air coming from the windows as well ! So I was not able to sleep well to the point were I had to put my AirPod in to dim the street noise

Hi The room had a lot of wear and tear. The paint was missing, the towel rack was falling off, the floor was not vacuum or swepted amd the showers had a lot of black mold.
