The turn into the parking lot sneaks upnon you quick but thats only because of the plants that make you feel like you arent right next to a main road. The staff was very friendly and helpful with my questions. The room was a lot bigger than i expected. Great experience for the price.

I drove a long way and was very much looking forward to a hot shower upon my arrival. I was very disappointed when I got in the shower and the water was not hot, lukewarm at the most. Was the temperature of the hot water reduced to save money? I have stayed at this hotel before without any problem but after my most recent stay I will not be staying there again.

I asked for a handy cap room didn’t get it was just on the first floor. The bathroom was big but the toilet was so low could barely get on and off with out pain. The tub I couldn’t get in it so my hole stay was unable to get clean.! The bed was hard and lumpy didn’t sleep well. The room was clean the AC worked well. The staff were great helped us more than once. Didn’t use the laundry room. The breakfast was a joke there was a loaf of bread and two things of cereal the juice was empty. That sums up my stay.

Rooms are big and clean, but the hotel is older. Owners are nice, but seem overwhelmed. The breakfast was terrible: pancakes, toast, coffee with dry creamer, and apple juice. Worst part of the experience was that I accidentally left a suitcase with a backpack on it, in the driveway. We got halfway to our cruise port and realized. The backpack had everything of importance in it! I called and they said it was still there. I explained that it had passports, money, etc in it and we were turning around to get it. We got back 40 minutes later and it was still outside in the driveway. They didnt even bother to bring it inside for me!

Great SEATAC stay
