We did not have a car so it was important that the 1 line station is nearby. Depending what side of the hotel you are on there can be road noise. 4 stars was because 2 thermos dispensers are not enough to keep up with coffee demands in the mornings and there's no liquid milk, only powder "milk" (a product made from corn syrup.) We bought our own milk at the gas station minimart which is steps away. Know also that there is only a lobby microwave & only an icebucket to keep things cold in your room.

Your on your own, no customer care

Room was not cleaned and front desk said sometimes it is not cleaned which is not true. No towels prpcided until requested, no coffee refilled until requested, our room key did not work and staff had no care or apologies.

Booked through expedia and apon arrival was charged $100 deposit (hidden fee) was also charged $15/night for parking (another hidden fee) beds are uncomfortable, pillows were flat and caused pain in my neck and back, other tenants have no respect for other's (even requested top floor but was denied) not even a complementary breakfast was available. Only plus side was the free shuttle to the airport. Would've rather spent the extra money to stay at the Hilton.

Cheap but clean

We stayed there the night before we got on a cruise. The staff was friendly and the room qas clean. Room was a little dated, but fine. The shuttle from the airport was great as well and we got in at 11:45 pm. Denny's was a close walk for breakfast.

Bad nights sleep

After a long day of driving, my daughter and I thought we had booked a room with two queen beds. When we got to the room, it was one king bed. We went back down and asked about it and were told since it was through a third-party booking, there was nothing they could do about it And since we had already checked in, it couldn’t be canceled or changed with the third-party. The room they gave us was right next to the elevator so late at night early in the morning, you could hear the elevator from the room which hampered sleeping. I went online and looked and they still had double bed rooms open, so I’m not sure why they could not have accommodated us since the double bed rooms were less expensive than.

Game night in Seattle

Everything was great!! Got picked up at the airport by their shuttle and returned when we were ready to go home. They also told us how to find the lite train and get to the stadium. The room was a little warm, but that was an easy fix. I don't have any complaints. I will definitely cinsidering staying there on my next visit. Sorry, I didn't make my bed before we left!!
