They actually had a flood in the lobby the night that I stayed, so probably not their fault a low score. Decorations for Halloween were very impressive and staff were helpful. Room was okay but noisy. Didn’t sleep well but could have been because I was excited about flight the next morning.

The hotel itself was fine and the staff very helpful. The elevator going to the parking lot at the back, was very dirty and smelly. The biggest complaint I have, is that we were charged fifteen dollars for parking and $1.88 in taxes. If you are going to charge your guests for parking, they need to know up front.

Airport shuttle prompt on pick up. A bit understaffed at check in but do you really care @ midnight. Quite fine for a budget hotel. The shuttle driver was very accommodating in the morning and dropped us off at the car rental rather than taking us back to the airport only to catch the bus to the rental agency.

This is the best of the budget SeaTac hotels. The building itself is pretty old/outdated, but it's very clean, very comfortable, and the staff are kind and helpful.
