Overall the room was very clean for the most part with various options for breakfast. The indoor spa and jacuzzi was nice. The only downside was the spa jets were out of service. They have a large gym didn’t get a chance to try it out. Other than that it was a nice stay for a short weekend.

All of the staff were courteous and helpful. The breakfast bar was great, with eggs, waffles, sausage, cereal, fruit, milk and coffee available with a bit of variety day to day. Clean room, nothing special but well-appointed with TV, refrigerator, and plenty of drawers and good lighting. Only minutes from SeaTac airport. A low-cost option that worked out really well for us.

Room was interesting. Water came from condensation hard core at thedoor to the balcony. Pool was great. Clean, some oddities but they weren’t bad and made for fun and a story. Fun game room right outside the pool. My kids enjoyed foosball, as did my husband and I. The machine has a missing handle, but didn’t hamper the fun. I dropped the star because of a combination of a lot of tiny things that aren't a big deal alone on their own.

We like this hotel, stayed here multiple times. They consistently seem to be improving since the previous times. Great shuttle service, good breakfast. Only negative is some people might not feel safe walking around the area at night, but honestly not that bad imo. We'll be staying here again. Great value overall.

Overall, a great experience. The gentleman at the reception during the night shift was excellent and very professional. The customer service team was one of the best parts of our stay. Breakfast was a nice bonus, and the team did a great job refilling items quickly. A small tip: don’t wait until the last few minutes of breakfast hours, as it gets very busy and crowded. Free parking was appreciated. The bed was decent and comfortable, and the rooms were good overall. However, the doors could definitely benefit from some renovation. Overall, it was a very pleasant stay, and I would recommend this place.
