The room was pretty clean except the few hairs in the bathroom shower. The pool was warm when we went but the hot tub was pretty cold and it is so freaking slippery in there. They have a wet floor sign, but I am telling you the steps coming into the pool are deathly slippery! The breakfast was pretty terrible! The pancakes are like plastic, the juices tasted like plastic or bitter also. The eggs were pretty good and the oatmeal also the potatoes they were really good first time getting crispy potatoes at a hotel! besides that it was just the basics. The bagel was pretty stale also and the coffee was like Gasoline, and the regular no flavor creamer did nothing for it! Staff is pretty nice (NOT THE STAFF IN THE BREAKFAST AREA!!! THEY ARE NOT NICE!!!!) but all other staff SUPER NICE that we experienced!

Well, there was noise from the airport which Made was acclimating to, but a family with very noisy kids moved next to me and I had to change rooms in order to sleep. The staff was good about it and the shuttle drivers were very friendly also.
