The man who worked the baggage was great. The waitress at dinner great.The reception woman looked unkempt and messy. The hostess in the dinning room had massive amounts of stale cheap perfume on… ghastly. The TV did not work.Nathan was great and comped us for that. I got two crab cakes for 40 bucks you should at least have 3. The cheesecake advertised as New York was not New York. Very unlikely to stay again. You need a dress code.

We stayed one night prior to an early morning flight. Room was dated but clean and comfortable. Bathroom door is placed in a clumsy spot for using the facilities. Airport shuttle was quick. Only complaint: our room faced the airport tram rail line. VERY noisy all night long which impacted sleep. Would request a different room location if we returned.

The bathroom faucets didn't work correctly, it was an extremely long walk to get to our room because of how the hotel was designed. While it was close to the airport, it wasn't close enough to walk.

Hotel is pretty basic. Fine if you just need to stay somewhere overnight whilst transiting. NB: Contrary to what this site says, the hotel is not a 5 min walk from from the airport. More like 15mins so request the airport shuttle

The hotel itself could definitely use an update; everything from the decor to the overall vibe felt a bit stuck in the past. The pillows were so uncomfortable I almost considered using my hoodie instead. That said, the front desk staff absolutely saved the experience. Everyone I spoke with was friendly, welcoming, and genuinely engaging. Mir in particular deserves a shoutout! Fantastic conversationalist and made check-in feel like catching up with an old friend. Great service in an otherwise tired setting.

The location of this hotel is why I stay here. $35 to park is ridiculous especially considering what you pay to stay here. The rooms are old and dated and need a renovation but the beds are comfortable.

Just a standard airport hotel- nothing outstanding just a not too friendly reception staff and a great restaurant waitress- good shuttle service, on time- I could not add points to my membership because of an Expedia buy.
