There was no ac, no iron, no working coffee pot, no real amenities of any kind except the fridge and microwave. The entire place needs a huge cosmetic facelift. The house cleaner kept banging on my door even after I said no thank you, loudly. Several times. You can hear EVERYTHING through the walls. I will say, the staff were very nice. This isn’t on them.

Great stay In Tukwila

The stay was great , they had some construction going on upon arrival . Beds were a little uncomfortable but they get the job done . Room was clean and comfortable environment for our family.

Had a hard time closing the door, gaps under door let in heat and noise, right by the freeway. TV was fuzzy. Fridge froze everything. No toiletries, no cups, no Kleenex. Bathroom door very stained. Shower curtain torn. Comforter was ripped; bed sheets were stained and had holes in it. Lampshade kept falling off, the holder was missing. I was afraid to turn on the heating/AC. Ice machine was not working. I paid to stay two nights but ended up only staying one, I could not stay there another night. Pass this one up if you can.

NO soap or shampoo in room. No ice, bucketor even cups in room. Floor in terrible shape. 1 employee, locked the office at times for extended periods. NO breakast as was advertised. Never again!

Fine for a night, bring your own bedding.

Staff was efficient and friendly. Room was not properly prepared or cleaned. No hygiene items provided i.e. soap, shampoo, toilet paper roll was almost empty. Bed was comfortable. Sheets were not cleaned/washed properly, bed sheets were dirty. Mini fridge was leaking into the floor. Towel rack in bathroom was falling out.
