Room ok needs better cleaning. The pullout bed was horrible not comfortable at all. they also don’t ever vacuum under the couch or on the couch I went to open up and food was on it and under it this is the second hotel this trip where they did not clean this area. The other one’s a Marriott also hint hand. Check in person gave me no information on when check out was or when breakfast Also no information on WiFi. Odd. Parking sucks not enough spaces

The room was fine. However, two things were disappointing: The airport shuttle only runs untill 10:00pm, but this information is nowhere to be found on their website. Additionally, when I called from the airport no other options were made available to us - even though we later discovered that after 12:00pm, they don't actually offer a shuttle but send Lyft vouchers instead - so that could have certainly been offered at 10:15pm when I called needong a shuttle. The other thing was they don't offer any sort of streaming options on their TVs - only cable TV! It's been 5 years or more since I last saw a TV without smart options ina hotel!

The room itself was terrific. The staff were tremendously helpful. I wish I was aware that guests of the hotel are charged $18/day (+ $5/day in taxes) for parking. Had I been aware of these additional charges, I would have looked at booking a different hotel.
