Shuttle was fine. Breakfast was okay once we determined that part of the food was in an attached, but different room. Hotels.com was very confusing - they sent emails suggesting we should cancel the reservation and then when I told them to cancel the reservation, they came back the next day and said the reservation could not be cancelled. Fortunately we had a very good, capable person to talk with when we checked into the hotel and she got this confusing conversation sorted out and completed our reservation.

Breakfast was a nice touch, but the water tasted a bit "old" if that makes sense. Very affordable and enjoyed our stay though!

I selected this hotel for free airport shuttle. Booked shuttle for 10 am. At 10 am, we were told driver went to lunch. Had to pay to Uber to airport in order to catch flight.
