The no charge for parking which isn’t stated when booking. The hot tub area had ants crawling the deck. The railing get into hot tub is not fixed since stayed last time. The shower tap and handle was extremely loose mentioned it to front desk and wasn’t fixed on my second night stay

We traveled from Winnipeg to Toronto and stayed overnight at the Holiday Inn Express Sault Ste Marie by IHG to rest before continuing our journey the next day. It was a pleasant stay, and the staff were very courteous. Before checking out, we enjoyed breakfast, which was excellent. Mary was especially kind, professional, and attentive, she checked in regularly with guests throughout breakfast and made the experience even better.
