We stayed at this property a few years ago and enjoyed our stay very much, which is why we returned. However, after this most recent stay we will not return. How does housekeeping “clean” the room and it’s inspected before we checked in, but then I visibly see someone else’s hair on the floor and on the sofa? How is it that the room was “cleaned” but when I pull back the bed sheet there are random crumbs in the bed? Why was the lamp between the queen beds broken? Why was there splatter on the ceiling in the bathroom above the shower? This property should focus on cleanliness! Lastly, why is self parking $40/day - very high for self parking.
