This hotel was very nice. The staff was great, Alejandra, Josue, and Joel (our travel guide) were all amazing and very helpful. My only suggestions would be to add more lighting to the bathroom and quicker service upstairs in the bar and restaurant. The service was a bit slow. Other than that, it was an amazing place to stay and would still come back. Thank you!

Such a beautiful Hotel with amazing staff . The concierge took care of all our needs and was able to make all our reservations. We were a party of 9. It provided shuttle service into town and also pick ups, which was very helpful. Drivers helped us with suggestions on restaurants and attractions. It was a little outside the main center but only a 15min walk down to the main plaza. It also had several places to meet and gather with a beautiful view of the city from the rooftop. I wish I could remember the names of the staff that served us but it really doesn’t matter cause everyone of them deserves mention and praise.

Stunning property.

Beautiful property with modern sleek design yet with authentic Mexican feel. Great staff and good food. They could improve the sound insulation and add a chair to the deluxe studios as there isn't any sitting area inside the room other than the bed. The shower area is huge, you can easily fit 4 people and rain shower is out of this world.

Although the hotel / accommodations portion of this property has only been open for a single month, the staff and property are on top of their game already. While the bar/restaurant has been available since October of last year, Amatte Wellnest Community has opened their doors for hotel booking within the last month. The sunset views are amazing, the view in general is fantastic, the layout is truly captivating and inspires you to relax, the food and drinks are great! Whether you come to stay at the hotel or just take in the outdoor scene, this hotel is a no-miss on the San Miguel de Allende tour circuit.

This property was very aesthetically pleasing during the day and night. The vibe was so chill from morning to night. Staff is totally incredible and made us feel like we were the only people there (and we were not). The gym had great equipment. The food was great and the service was really impeccable. They also had a very convenient shuttle service that took you anywhere you wanted to go. Thanks to all the staff at Amatte, we will see you next year.

Beautiful property. The people were incredibly nice and taxis were easy to grab and affordable to the center of town. The rooms were very nice. The bed was a little firm. The pool was in the middle and it was too awkward and a little cold to swim. Also there is no hot tub, which would have been nice. The restaurant on the main level is nice and more affordable. The upper rooftop is breathtaking and the mussels were delicious. The view is incredible but the prices were much higher. Overall it was a really good hotel. It also has a service to pick you up from the airport, which was very helpful. The nicest people are there!

Welcoming service and help desk were very good, but the overall experience is not good taking into account long waiting times (45 minutes for a guacamole & fries) or them pushing you to consume the brunch when continental breakfast was included on the price, hence offering a bad service because of not paying their preferred option. Would not stay again solely due to the noise. You hear everything through the walls, including any chair that moves upstairs on the rooftop starting from 7am-11pm. They have loud music playing until 11pm on the rooftop but yet no one is ever there. The restaurants are almost non existent with people in the evening and and poor service. Nice setting, but little to take advantage of throughout the day and night, including room service etc. This place should shift into a bar/restaurant because it’s very uncomfortable to enjoy with the noise, does not make sense as a hotel and there is nothing to do all day.

The hotel is very good, the staff is amazing!! All of them!! The people in the front desk, the ladies that keep the rooms clean, the guards at the garage etc etc. all of them. The point is the noise! The hotel has a nice roof top that has a party almost every night until midnight. Forget about sleeping. In addition is located in a traditional traditional area where they have parties and fire works for everything. Every rocket is like a bomb next to your room .
