Hotel ambientado en la época colonial, áreas exteriores bonitas. Habitaciones grandes pero necesitan mantenimiento y más limpieza. Toallas y sábanas en mal estado, necesitan cambio urgente ya que se notan manchadas y poco higiénicas.

Not great service

A bit far from city center, room cleanness not great. We were a little bit in the pool and there were not pool towels left, I was told more were coming soon, we were waiting and waiting and no new towels came, ended up running to my bedroom to get our bathroom towels, then of course had to ask for fresh towels to be able to shower.For breakfast also took quite long for getting some simple quesadillas with ham.Will definitely choose another hotel option in the future.

I loved the fact that there was a restaurant and bar and a game area to play billiards, and other things. The pool was a must for me and it was amazing! I wasn’t too fond of the old style rooms, didn’t seem to fit the rest of the hotel that’s the only downside to it. The gym was amazing

El hotel en general es bonito y el servicio es bueno, sin embargo a pesar de que las habitaciones están limpias aun que tienen un olor un poco desagradable, por otro lado los baños y me refiero en general en todo el hotel ya que viaje con mis familiares y nos hospedamos en varias habitaciones de distintas categorías, y el baño fue siempre desagradable debido al fuerte olor a drenaje, sin contar que las regadera estaban tapadas, una experiencia muy desagradable la ducha. Pero por lo demás, todo estuvo bien.

I had a pleasant stay at the hotel. I had a junior suite which had a bit of an odd configuration so I never ended up using the seating area. The furnishings were a bit old. The room was quite dark even with all the lights on. Two days in a row I had to ask for towels because even after cleaning they left none. The hotel is about an 18 minute walk from the main square. There are also buses that pass right in front of the hotel. The cost is 8 pesos.
