This is a suitable hotel for tourists. Not in a good location, no hot water, out of 7 days we only had hot water for 2 days. Very low water pressure. No signage for the hotel at all. They lock the gates to the property around 6pm each night. They have locksble safes that are locked witk keys, which the staff has a copy of, we had $60.00 stolen out of the safe, that wethought was locked. Please take this hotel off of your site.

There wasnt a sign indicating where the hotel was not for the parking area. My car got chained in at night because we parked in the wrong area. Hotel is good just to sleep.

El personal es amable y cooperador, lo malo es que no tiene letrero, es en la misma propiedad que un centro de terapias y si es algo confuso el llegar, nuevamente el personal amable y siempre dispuesto a ayudar, el desayuno estuvo rico

Excelente relación precio-calidad, hay estacionamiento incluido de sobra, rápido y amable check in y out. El desayuno incluido contiene café, pieza de pan con mermelada y mantequilla y un plato de fruta. Restaurante para desayuno para completar el ya incluido y comida a buen precio. El hotel parece nuevo con buen tamaño de habitación, está muy limpio y lindas áreas verdes. Estas a 13 minutos en automóvil del centro de San Miguel de Allende. No me gustó que no haya vigilancia o servicio de lobby nocturno, a pesar que hay muy poca gente que transite por ahí. El agua de la regadera sale con baja presión y el agua caliente tiene variaciones de calor y más calor sin mover la manija. Sí regresaría.

Debido a los altos costos en otros hoteles es una opción, ya que además cuenta con estacionamiento dentro de las instalaciones y es gratis (en otros hoteles no tienen estacionamiento y hay que pagar por guardar el auto cerca de $300 por día). El espacio converge con una asociación, lo que brinda una sensación de que el hotel es un extra del espacio. El desayuno continental es muy sencillo: bollos de pan, fruta y café. Esperábamos un poco más por las fotografías que mostraban en el sitio. Los cuartos son muy sencillos y algunas cosas ya se encuentran en mal estado. El trato del personal fue bueno y estuvieron atentos a lo que necesitábamos.
