The check-in was super easy. The room was spotless and the location can't be beat...right in the middle of Old San Juan. The room was small and there is no elevator, but we knew that in advance and the plusses greatly outweighed those minor negatives. I highly recommend and would definitely stay here again!

The gentleman that checked us in was very nice and helpful. It’s a perfect place to stay and within the heart of Old San Juan. There is a very nice rooftop area to lounge in and people watch. They also held our luggage for us after check out until 2pm. It was easy to get a taxi from the airport and an uber the next day to the Pan American cruise port. 100% would recommend!
