Welcome to our beautiful remodeled studio apartment in San Juan, PR!



Accommodating up to (4) guests with a queen bed and a sofa that converts into a queen bed. This spacious retreat offers a modern bathroom, kitchen, dining table, etc. But the real star is its direct access to La Laguna de Condado, perfect for paddleboarding enthusiasts and nature lovers. Only 5 mins from the historic Old San Juan and 8-mins from the airport.



The Space:

Our beautiful unit features:



- A queen bed and a versatile sofa that easily transforms into another queen bed, ensuring a restful night's sleep for all.



- The comfortable bathroom provides a place to freshen up. (There is a hair dryer available for use during the stay.)



- The kitchen comes equipped with everything you need to whip up a quick meal or enjoy takeout.



The dining table is perfect for enjoying your culinary creations or catching up on work. Stay entertained with the smart TV, offering access to your favorite streaming services.



IMPORTANT:



** Please note that the apartment will always be left ready for (2) guest. By having in the reservation a 3rd or 4th guest, we then open the sofa bed and leave it ready for you! Make sure to have that to have all number of guest on your reservation!



** The reservation includes one paper towel rolls and 2 rolls per bathroom! If you need anyone there are local pharmacies or supermarkets nearby.



Guest Access:

- There is parking available but it is not assigned meaning that it is first come first serve basis.



- The parking spaces available are the ones that DO NOT have a roof. The ones with roofs are for residences only.



- It is very probable you will have a parking spot available always but it may happen that at sometime it is full. There is a hotel right in front where you can park if this does happen ( it has an additional cost).



- The apartment is located on the 7th floor.



- We have elevators.



Getting Around:

This property is in the heart of Condado. You will be staying 5 minutes from Old San Juan, 5 minutes to Isla Verde and 8 from the airport. If you will be exploring this areas, you may travel with uber/scooters.



If you wish to travel through the island and explore further away areas, renting a car might be a good option!



Other Things to Note:

Security Deposit Policy: To ensure the care of our property, a $200 refundable security deposit is required for all stays. By confirming your reservation, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:



- Payment Process: A team member will contact you after booking confirmation to arrange payment, typically one day prior to your arrival.



- Requirement: This deposit must be settled before check-in. Failure to do so may result in the cancellation of your reservation in accordance with our cancellation policy in agreedment with Airbnb.



- Refund Policy: The full deposit will be refunded within 7 to 14 business days after check-out, provided no damages or rule violations occur.



- Deductions: In the event of damage or necessary incidentals, you will receive a summary of deductions along with the remaining balance.

Once you check into the unit, we are always available by Airbnb chat or phone to help with any questions. If there is an issue that needs attention during your stay please let us know right away in order to provide you with assistance as soon as possible.
