I wrote privately but i not even an apology was sent. My experience wasn’t good and, in my opinion, this hotel should not be part of Expedia “VIP properties”, no benefits received. The first room assigned had chips and chip stains on the bed, visible sign that it wasn’t cleaned. I asked to be moved. The second room, which had 2 beds, had hairs in one bed and black dirt in the other. The towels were stained all over and with evident signs of overuse. Paint on the walls was peeling which is a hazard considering that those buildings are old. Old should not be an excuse for dirty and neglected, and I’m local so this is very disapointing. I was too tired to ask for another room change since it was only one night. Lobby and attention were good.
