This was a FANTASTIC choice for our family vacation to San Francisco. You are walking distance from Fisherman's Wharf and so many other highlights. The staff is super friendly and helpful. Complimentary coffee in the morning and afternoon cookies (my daughters' favorite). I just loved everything about this place. Can't recommend it enough!

Although clean and well maintained, the staff was not clear about several services available at the hotel. Valet parking was expensive but the gentlemen working the valet were very helpful and friendly. The hotel was located very close to Fisherman’s Wharf and within walking distance if you are able to walk a few blocks without assistance.

It really is the perfect location to get around. About a block to the mason and power cable car to the east and three or four blocks to the other cable car to the west by Ghirardelli Square. A couple blocks to Fisherman’s Wharf. You can get a 3-day muni and cable car pass for $35 a person then you can take all public transportation except the BART system. Easy getting around. Staff were super helpful with getting around and making sure we were comfortable.
