clean and modern rooms in a gut renovated building. i had a corner room on a high floor that was very spacious and had a great view of downtown and even some water in the horizon. very walkable area close to union square. confortable bed, appreciate the keurig coffee maker, water bottles and very stylish and spacious lobby.

A lot of hidden costs and the receipt was not accepted by my company for work travel. They add RESORT fee. Most of it not used and FOOD credits also unused. They tell you at the desk upon check in and what do I do? Make a new reservation on the day I am supposed to check in? The neighborhood is not good. Maybe two blocks over is much safer.

The staff was super friendly and the lobby and rooms were clean and updated. The bar off the lobby was a good time. It’s really close to Union Square and theaters. It doesn’t have parking, but there are safe nearby garages.
