We have stayed at this Hotel for years when we are in San Antonio. This visit was very disappointing. For openers the Bar was not open due to no liquor license. There was no maid service on our two night stay, not even clean towels. The breakfast which used to be very good with made to order omelets or waffles and eggs no longer exist. For $15 each all that was provided was runny scrambles eggs bacon and breakfast potatoes. We will probably no longer stay here in the future unless improvements are made.

We wanted this room because it offered a tub with spa jets, however, the jets didn’t work and the tub didn’t keep the water in. The water kept draining.

Very old conditions, smells like humidity inside, elevators are very old and no a/c inside. Bathrooms are not cleaned properly, a lot of noise and hard to sleep well.

My truck got broken into along with another person’s vehicle. Come to find out the hotel does not have security cameras. All the front desk can tell you is call the police we are not responsible and we do not have cameras. You would think with a name like Hilton attached to the name you could have security cameras around your facility.

For my honey moon, i specifically requested the hot tub feature be include in my stay. The Unit was not functional and also there was no cable tv or a working landline to talk to the front desk. Usually I have pleasant experiences with this particularly property but I feel like my concerns were not a priority. That hurts....
