I been like to staying in this hotel every time when o travel San Antonio but unfortunately this time it was te great The room wasn’t great it has drip in the shower they came and just tide it up but when I open it again í couldn’t tide up so it was dripping sound all night long One of the lamps start going crazy and start blikning the room temperature was to hit and the termostato never went down Plus the concierge waste very nice at all

Other than the unchaperoned little girls..screaming and running up and down the halls. It was a fabulous stay. There was a volleyball tournament near. The hotel had littlw.girla in rooms by themselves with no chaperone. So they took advantage and were little silly girls

We love staying at the historic Menger Hotel. You can walk to almost anything you want to do or places to eat. The hotel itself is a work of art and so beautiful. The garden is lovely for sitting out and just walking through the lobby looking at all the old documents and art is fun. The standard rooms are on the small side, but comfortable and clean. I’d much rather stay in a place like this that has character!

No free breakfast. Room would not get warmer than 67F no matter what the thermostat said. Left some clothes in the room and can't get Housekeeping to call me back so they can ship them forward. Never going back. I fully expect to see one of the staff wearing my wardrobe.

We loved the hotel. The room wasn't ready when we checked in at 4:10. After traveling all day, that was disappointing. The desk attendant said someone would call me when the room was ready, but they never did. So, I went back at 4:45 and it was ready. There was no record of our pre-check in, so we had to do it all again.
