Great stay in an historic hotel

This is a beautiful, historic hotel. I really enjoyed my stay. The staff were all friendly and helpful. The pool was fantastic. The location is excellent. But you are making some concessions when you stay at a hotel like this; the bathroom was somewhat cramped and the shower controls hard to access because they were blocked by the vanity. Minor inconveniences in my opinion. I look forward to coming back for another stay.

This was a legendary stay. The most baller hotel. I don't even know what to say about our stay other than I'll be comparing every hotel to this in the future. Outstanding service, the atmosphere is something you have to see to believe. It's a piece of American History that I am so lucky to have spent a night in.

Nice Hotel for the Price

Our room was clean, the hotel was quiet, the service was great. Our only complaint, our shower kept switching from the comfortable setting to being squirted with scalding hot water intermittently. We only stayed one night but reported it to management. It was difficult taking a shower because one could not predict when hot water would spurt on you

The hotel was close to the River Walk and dining places. There was construction on the main road to the hotel, had to call to find out what roads to take to get to the parking garage.
