Room was not ready at 4pm but the bar was really great. Our bathroom shower was a little missed up cracked wall grout missing. Maybe a new bathroom counter for more space. Customer service was great even valet.

Rooms need some updating especially bathroom a few things were falling apart tub wasn’t draining properly. We should have asked for a higher floor. The sound from the streets and the restaurant were so loud.

The pool was amazing with the 360 views of the city and open sky. although the jucuzzi was not working on our stay. The rooms were big with lots of ample space for other guess. We had recieved a $25 voucher for my daughters birthday. But were unable to use because the restaurant did not have any available seeting. I was told we didnt need a reservation but when we got down to the restaurant it was full.

Room is too dark. Needs light over bathroom mirror; needs light over closet in the hall; more hand towel holders; some light switches I couldn’t figure out which lights they turned on/off; and not enough towels in bathroom considering they only clean room every 3rd day. I am also not happy about my 2nd night room charge. I understood that it was to be $289. I was charged $401. Not happy at all.

The hotel was very quiet, clean, accesible to the Riverwalk and nearby restaurants. Abba, the front desk employee was nice to send us a champagne to the room for my husband’s birthday. They have valet parking for a flat fee with in and out privilege.

Location- excellent! Right on the beautiful Riverwalk. The area of SanAn around the hotel but not on the RWalk was great too. Valet Parking - seems a little pricey at $53+ tax per day, had to wait a bit sometimes (not too bad), very friendly service. Staff - very responsive and professional. Room- we got a suite with a sitting area, which was lovely. The bed was so comfortable too. It was super clean. We had a view of the RW which was so pretty at night. My only MINOR “complaint” would be the need for some touch-ups in the room. There was a water stain along the bottom of the curtains, damaged walls/paint in the bathroom, some of the outlets weren’t functioning and kind of sank into the wall. There was also a smell in the room. It was sort of like the smell of wet carpet that had gotten cleaned. It wasn’t exactly unpleasant but was not exactly welcome. it didn’t bother us enough to change rooms so we didn’t complain. Key cards stopped working randomly late one night. Front desk was super quick to fix it. Had trouble with getting the card to work in the elevator once and got stuck in there for a few minutes. Probably my own fault though! Overall - I would stay there again. But I would check out my room before committing to it!

This hotel is beautiful but the service ruined our experience. I stayed a few nights to celebrate my birthday. Check in was terrible, the woman that checked us in did not say more than 2 words to us, and when I asked about the spa she said “check the website”. Not helpful at all. The bartender was also sad looking. The staff we encountered all look like they hate their life and are not friendly. Worst of all, they double charged me and I cannot reach the billing department to straighten this out. The valet parking staff was unhelpful as well.
