Not convenient

I picked this hotel specifically because it offered airport shuttle, but when I got there, I found out, after I already checked in and paid, that they have a very limited window and they not only couldn't take me to the airport early in the morning, they wouldn't be able to pick me up either when I got back a few days later in the afternoon. Tried to take a shower and discovered the hard way that the temperatures were opposite of one another. They were absolutely unconcerned about not being able to offer me any type of shuttle service or compensation. Will never book there again.

The room smelled odd, there was no shower curtain, and the paint job was poorly done. Overall, the room felt neglected. The towels and laundry also had a very strong chemical smell that was unpleasant.
