I would like to be refunded. It was so bad that I didn't ever fully check in as the hotel demanded a $400 cash deposit to stay there after I already paid. I was irritated by this and by how bad the place was. I ended up having to stay at another hotel for double the money.

Expedia and others shouldn't even have this place as an option. The front desk guy was rude, our door lock didn't work, we shoved a chair under the knob for a semse of safety, I still have yet to receive my $100 deposit, drug deals happening in the parking lot, the place is filthy inside and outside,. I highly suggest that you dont stay here. Pay the extra money for another place right around the corner. A 1 star rating is being super generous..

Bed bugs!!! Dirty room that was falling apart. Room didn’t have a curtain or blinds. Moved rooms and it was just as bad. Never again would I stay there.

The room was nasty. The floor was disgusting, mold on the ceiling and a hole abobe the shower in the bathroom. Front desk attendant was rude bothb check in and check out. The curtin didnt even keep out any light. Definitely will not be staying there again

Shabby condition

The Metropolitan is in shabby condition. The outside is dirty, and there are often people hanging out in the parking lot or smoking on the balconies. The room was in poor condition, although clean, the curtains were ragged. The sink was chipped. The carpet look dirty and I overall Did not feel that the place was well taken care of.

I reserved a Kind mattress, i was given 2 queens, once we got to the room, every other room seemd to be going under renovation. This room was filthy from hair on the bed to dead bugs on the mirror, cockroach all over the bahtroom, we stayed here due to lack of availability on other places. Stay away if possible, this being a open parking lot there were a lot of interesting individuals in thw parking lot.

Pay the extra 20 bucks to stay a few blocks down the street. I’ve bargained some hotels in my time, let me tell you this is the absolute dirtiest, stinkiest, and worst hotel I’ve seen. Mice running around the halls, mold in the shower, terrible AC. Take my word, wouldn’t be worth it to stay for free.

DO NOT STAY HERE, SCAM

Stayed 30 min. They require a deposit in cash and if you say no they don't let you stay there and no refund. They tell you to use their ATM, which charges a fee and for all I know steals your card information. Cockroaches, black mold, walls disintegrated behind the wallpaper, stains everywhere, chairs were sticky, door had gaps around it, the pictures posted on this site do not match the room in the slightest. Holes in the walls. They check the room before you leave and charge you for everything, hence why they never fix anything. Room smelled like someone was cooking chemicals in it combined with urine. Front desk lady didn't understand what was wrong with the room and said she couldn't do a refund because there was "nothing she could do" and I demanded my deposit back and she gave it back thank God. Do not waste your money here. This is a health department nightmare, a police department nightmare, and just a general nightmare.

Check in was ok. The room looked really warn down and dirty. We always check the bed for bedbugs and under the matteress we fpund a box of crack pipes and found some dead bugs in the sheets. We left and had to go to another hotel for the night. Place would not give us a refund even after we showed them the crackpipes
