Concierge was not helpful. I asked for tailoring service as my trench coat ripped coming out of the Uber. Instead, I was told to talk to the bell hop? WiFi doesn’t work and was moved around to 3 rooms and still doesn’t work.

Room was very clean and despite it being old fashioned, it felt classy. It was placed in an excellent spot in the SLC downtown so everything was drivable and easy to get to. The food around the hotel was amazing and you can find something for whatever it is your craving. The staff were very nice and friendly as well.
