Well I had reserved a double queen suite for like 3 and a half days a week or two in advance. The price was a good price. So I reserved it, but when I went to check in, it was a one bed small suite. I had 4 and some other nights a few more people. They had to ask sleep on floor. The worst part is that when I looked at the bill, the price jumped up to a ridiculous amount which was not the original price for that room they gave me. So they over charged me and gave my original room away to someone else... Even though I reserved it two weeks prior. They didn't care, nor did they say they would make it right. So the room they gave me was their last room available. I fully regret using that hotel. I would like expedia to fix the charges and instead of having to pay way more for a smaller room which was very wrong and very unprofessional, I want my hotel stay to be less than what the double queen suite was.

The bathtub did not hold water. I bought my own stop at Walmart. I got in at 1:00 am on train. My train left at 11:45 pm and I could only get late check out til noon. I was allowed to sit in lobby for 6 hours. I was in an end room very noisy. I could not take a nap. It was next to a phone room.

Terrible experience. Upon arrival, the hotel didn’t respect my reservation. I had booked a room with two bedrooms and three beds, but they only gave me one room with one bed. They offered about a 15% discount as “compensation,” which they later canceled when I finally got the correct room the next day — and then charged me again for the adjustment. Completely unprofessional. This has never happened to me before.

Conveniently located. My sister became a regular at an Italian restaurant in the next block. I didn't have a problem, but my sister was very wary of the homeless in the park across the street. Safety measures were in place for entry into the hotel and using the elevators. You needed your key card to access both.
