Called ahead to verify the pool was open, since it was the 2nd reason we picked this hotel. Was told it was open. Arrived and found it was an outdoor pool and closed for the season. The gal at the front desk could not help me with a refund and said the owner couldn't help until Monday. The birthday girl was dissappointed. Since we couldn't get a refund or accomodation, we had no choice but to stay the night. The suite was a good size and the two queen beds were firm, comfortable enough. Another dissappointment was no bathtub for her to soak in. The breakfast in the morning was yummy.
