We loved that it is less than a 10 minute walk to the Delta center. Parking in the garage for my truck was extremely tight. The loft was clean and had everything we needed. We would book again.

This property was ideal for a quick walk to the Delta Center. Check in instructions were clear and easy to follow. The view was nice since it is a top floor unit. The trees across the street were even decorated for Christmas. The building is secure and the neighborhood felt safe for walking.

The location couldn’t have been better — directly across the street from the Salt Palace Convention Center, which made it incredibly convenient for attending the conference. Being able to walk right across the street saved so much time and made the whole trip stress-free.The apartment itself was clean, comfortable, and very well kept. It had everything I needed for the stay and felt welcoming the moment I walked in. This is a lovely loft apartment in a perfect location if you are attending a conference at the Salt Lake Palace. The clean, modern, industrial decor was inviting and bright. It had all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. The bedding was perfect and felt like I was sleeping on a cloud. It lacks privacy secondary to the open loft bedrooms, but works out fine if you are staying with a friend. There are several great restaurants and coffee shops within a block or two. A great shopping district as well. We would definitely look to stay here again if in the area.

Only area of improvement is the shower. A hose in the backyard is about the same. Haha. If you have long beautiful hair- just do a good wash and blow out before. However- bedding- amazing. Location- amazing. Even had a great restaurant and live music (the kind that’s quiet and enjoyable) two doors down. We were there for a volleyball tournament at the convention center, literally across the street. Our friends were jealous. I would recommend.
