Sleeping arrangements
The sleeping area features a queen size 12" memory foam mattress, offering a restful night’s sleep. For added flexibility, a full sized air mattress is also provided, allowing you to accommodate an extra guest if needed.

A comfortable sofa faces a TV, giving you a simple spot to unwind with a show, read, or plan the next day’s adventure. Wood floors run throughout, adding warmth and continuity. The building grants shared gym access and a pool table, perfect for staying active or passing time during cooler evenings.
Kitchen & dining
A dedicated kitchen space lets you prepare breakfast before heading downtown or enjoy a quiet dinner after a late arrival. The layout supports everyday cooking and casual dining without excess, fitting naturally into the studio’s open plan.
