The Space:

When evening settles in, the studio feels especially inviting—a quiet retreat while the streets glow below. You’ll find a straightforward, comfortable base that lets you recharge and enjoy the urban energy at your own pace.



Sleeping arrangements

The sleeping area features a queen size 12" memory foam mattress, offering a restful night’s sleep. For added flexibility, a full sized air mattress is also provided, allowing you to accommodate an extra guest if needed.



Living & entertainment

A comfortable sofa faces a TV, giving you a simple spot to unwind with a show, read, or plan the next day’s adventure. Wood floors run throughout, adding warmth and continuity. The building grants shared gym access and a pool table, perfect for staying active or passing time during cooler evenings.



Kitchen & dining

A dedicated kitchen space lets you prepare breakfast before heading downtown or enjoy a quiet dinner after a late arrival. The layout supports everyday cooking and casual dining without excess, fitting naturally into the studio’s open plan.



Work & connectivity

A dedicated workspace and reliable Wi‑Fi make remote work or planning easy. Heating and air conditioning keep the studio comfortable throughout the colder months, ensuring a productive environment.



Building amenities & safety

Self check‑in is handled via a lockbox, and the building includes an elevator for easy access. Exterior security cameras, a front‑door Blink doorbell, and smoke and carbon monoxide alarms provide peace of mind during your stay.



Location & neighborhood

With a Walk Score of 72, Transit Score of 66, and Bike Score of 82, you’re well‑positioned to explore Salt Lake City without a car. Downtown, Temple Square, the Salt Palace Convention Center, and the Delta Center are all just minutes away, while Salt Lake International Airport is a short drive. Paid parking is available nearby if you choose to bring a vehicle.

The studio is pet‑friendly, welcoming your furry companions without extra hassle. An in‑unit washer and dryer add convenience for longer stays, and while shampoo and standard bathroom essentials are not provided, the space offers everything you need for a comfortable, straightforward visit to the heart of Salt Lake City.



Guest Access:

The entire apartment is for you to use except for locked storage cabinets.



Other Things to Note:

Please let us know if you need early check-in, late check-out or a parking permit for the parking lot and we will arrange that for you.



Early Check-in:

$35 fee check-in at 2 PM



Late Check-out:

$35 fee check-out at 12 PM



Parking Options:

On-site parking lot: $5/night
