"The staff is friendly, the first room I got had a bad smell, it’s a pet friendly hotel but they should really split them, like they would the smoking and non-smoking rooms. I asked for a different room and thankfully they were able to accomodate me. They answered all my questions and concerns. Again, all staff were nice and helpful."

"The room was very nice and clean. The staff were exceptional!!!!! The property was absolutely gorgeous. There was always something to do. I was never bored. They have jet ski, bicycles, large games, bocci ball, volley ball, spa services, several pools, bars and restaurants. My only grip is that the food was mediocre. I definitely enjoyed my stay and would go back. I would just venture off the resort for authentic Puerto Rican cuisine. "

"I highly recommend staying at this place if you would like to submerge yourself in the sounds of the jungle! The bedroom I rented was petite, but was efficiently built and thought out to make the most out of the space. It had a balcony with a gorgeous view of the forest. The bed was comfortable and the room had a mini fridge. The pool and lounging areas were neat and comfortable. The breakfast room featured a self-serve breakfast and snacks throughout the day, which was convenient, but if you are looking for a nutritious and delicious breakfast you will need to eat out. The staff was prompt with their responses when I contacted them through WhatsApp. Even their welcome message thoroughly had all the information we needed to access the property."
