There were several pools. One with a swim up bar, infinity pool, lounging area and hot tub. Shaded areas in the pool were an amazing feature. The second pool area has a beach like entrance and was geared towards families. Very inpressed.

Everything was great the resort was very nice, and so was the beach all the staff were great, only thing was our AC unit was leaking until I changed the settings on it, our tv only worked the first two nights after calling someone to fix it, and I had to ask for new towels after room service came. The food selection is limited and they’re isn’t any grocery stores or other restaurants nearby but not the resorts fault. Expedia also claimed it was a 21 year old check in minimum when it was 18 and Expedia also claimed there was activity’s like jet skiing, para sailing, etc but was none on the beach.

Great location close to the beach. Loved the pools and the staff was amazing. We stayed for 4 nights and had a great time. The only issue is that we couldn't use the TV. I am planning on going back next year!

The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, and the grounds are beautiful. The restaurant food was delicious, and our dinner waiter at the main restaurant was outstanding. Special thanks to Jayson Santos, who went above and beyond to help resolve an issue we were experiencing. The only downside was the shower water temperature, which was cold to only lukewarm.

Safe, gated, and private access. The resort had great amenities that were well kept and has private access to the beach. The room was okay, but a bit of maintenance could be given to ensure it lives up to the resort standard that is evident in the rest of the property (yes, I shared with the front desk staff as I was checking out). As it was, I have had rooms that are better kept at regular hotels. The majority of the staff was friendly and kind - shoutout to Adrian (front desk), Gabriel (bartender), and Nicole (restaurant)! The continental breakfast consisted of coffee, pastries/bread, yogurt with fruit, and juice. It was a simple, yet delicious breakfast to start the day. I recommend staying at least more than two days to explore everything the resort has to offer. While here, visit the plaza within the resort that had shops and restaurants. Highly recommend Blue Hawaii and Pura Vida!!! The staff was great and their food/drinks even better - definitely a highlight!!!

🌟 Positive Highlights: Beautiful location, amazing, clean property with welcoming and helpful staff. The employees were super courteous. ⚠️ Room/Maintenance Issues: My room had several major issues. I was told it had a patio, but the doors didn't open, which the front desk confirmed only after I asked. The bathroom tub was disgustingly stained. The TV was broken and had to be entirely replaced. All room doors slam loudly, creating noise disruption. My room's safety deadbolt was non-functional, and there was no inside chain lock. When it rained, water seeped in from the patio into the room. Property owners should prioritize upgrades. Food options are limited (one restaurant, cafe, lobby bar, pool pizza bar) with similar, overpriced menus. The attempt to fuse Puerto Rican cuisine was well-intentioned but resulted in bland, unimpressive, and "just okay" food. The chef should stick to traditional, undiluted dishes. The pool music was terrible—a loud, monotone techno beat I could hear from my room. Tropical, Caribbean, or Latino music would be far more appropriate. While I generally felt safe as a solo traveler, I was startled upon checkout when the manager asked if I was expecting guests. Apparently, two men were roaming the property looking for my specific room number the previous night, and security made them leave. Since only staff knew I was alone and my room number, I felt like a target. It is critical to remind staff about maintaining guest privacy and safety protocols.

Room, pool and restaurant was good. Gym was too far away (receptionist said you need a car or walk 20+ mins to another facility). We paid extra for breakfast when booking which was a waste. The breakfast provided was very disappointing - unless you are a fan of toasts.
