Everyone was so kind, and really seemed happy that we were there. This part of the island has a lot of personality, from the animals walking around the resort to the ocean walking distance away to the staff making you feel like apart of the family! We had a great time. The staff was incredible, food and drinks were great, check in and out were easy. The property was super clean and well maintained and the pools were perfect! My son also loved the resident cat, Pickles, who wanders around the property and visits the pool bar and we all loved walking the beach and listening to the Coquis at night. We will absolutely be back.

Been to this resort 3 times since 2024! My favorite resort ever! The resort is clean the amenities are great. I only suggest eating off the resort there is a plaza about 5 minutes from the resort that has authentic Puerto Rican food and is way cheaper and taste better then the restaurants on the resort. I love this resort!

This hotel was absolutely gorgeous it exceeded all of my expectations me and my daughter had a wonderful vacation the staff was excellent everyone spoke perfect English the rooms were lovely the food at Tova was delicious and we enjoyed ourselves very much the pizza by the pool side was absolutely fabulous the drinks by Nicole and Gabriel were absolutely delicious Xavier the concierge was more than a joy to help assist with taxi cabs and anything I needed

Really enjoyed my stay. Got there a little early seems as though they rushed to clean. It was hair all over the bathroom. But overall this property is beautiful and the staff was very sweet and accommodating. Be prepared to drive up the mountain though.
