Property is confusing to get around. Too dark at night and the pool closed too early and all three hot tubs did not work.

They had some construction going on, but we still had a great time! Very clean, well kept property and rooms. Staff was great! We will definitely be returning!

Resort was nice but out “ocean view” room was more of a courtyard view and we were led to believe there was a casino so we were very disappointed

There was still construction going on, the construction interfered with the elevators. Along with paying for the stay there, we were charged for self parking in which i thought was outrageous. Completely understand charging for valet but self parking charges are crazy.

The views were picture perfect. The beach and pool areas were amazing. I was slightly disappointed about the shower the water was coming out rusted and stained the wash cloths and also when they cleaned the room they took our towels but didn’t leave any clean ones so by the time we got back to our rooms we had to call for some. Plus side is that they dropped towels off right away.

I think the only thing i didnt like was when we take showers the floor would get all wet. Maybe they should fix that Other than that it was amazing and beautiful

Hated to go home

Beautiful pool areas. There are adult only sections as well as kid friendly. The beach is close by. They were doing some renovation in some areas but it wasnt disruptive at all. Food and service at the Roots restaurant were excellent. We got great recommendations for surrounding attractions and local restaurants also.

Casino was closed, the spa was closed, 8am construction work that wakes you up… Room service forgets to close the door after cleaning up and leaves it open until you come back

So this review is more reflective of the resort, if you’re seeing the reviews and think renovation will be complete by the time your trip arrives possible think again. The casino was closed, the spa was closed, and it was very limited things to actually do on the resort.

Friendly and polite staff but the cockroach issues, construction, noise, do not make up for that. Also the price is high considering all of this. We definately didnt get what we were expecting considering the price we paid and still had to pay for meals and drinks. Also the 1 hottub that was working was cold all but a half a day during our stay.

Loved pool, beach, lush greenery, Iguanas restaurant and cleanliness. Disliked the continued charges even after I checked out and after they placed a $1,000 hold per room for expenses; was told about the shutting down of the casino, spa, lobby and 3 restaurants due to construction passed the deadline to change hotels; they sent birthday cake to my niece’s room on the wrong day.
