Service at roots on the go is exceedingly slow need more staff No full length mirror in a newly renovated room Outside areas are not well lit, especially the passage by the restaurant Palio. It makes you feel unsafe when you're walking in an area that is not lit at night. You really should add a couple of smoking areas to this large property. Smokers are people too. The staff was amazing, especially Juan in the front

We like the facility, however there were under construction or working something on the upper level and we didn't get much sleep int the mornings two days in a row. Then when we got to move to a different room and there were ants once we walked in. we shouldn't leave anything out.

Clean room, staff was nice and attentive, quick response time from staff when you need something. Way too expensive dinning/food spots on the property. Food nothing to rave about. Iguanas great food but very loud but worth it. Palio food super expensive, taste was disappointing & mediocre. Property far from many other pueblos transportation very pricey if you want to visit other places in the island. Stay expensive enough, then add resort fees..

The internet and electricity was constantly going in and out. The elevators didn’t work half the time of the stay. Drinks and food are EXTREMELY overpriced for average beverages & finger foods. A lot of hidden fees at check in & check out. You get charged to literally use the bathroom (exaggeration but so true lol). Guess they have to fund the renovations somehow.

Friendly staff. Hotel is under reno so the spa and the casino were closed. Not walkable to venues off of the property and some restaurants were closed. Food was good at Roots on the Go, 5 o'clock somewhere and the Seabreeze.
