"Disappointing Service at Reception Unfortunately, my experience with the reception team was very disappointing. The issue we encountered appeared to have been caused by their own mistake, yet it was not handled or resolved in a manner expected from a hotel of this standard. I had hoped for a more professional and proactive approach, especially given the level and reputation of the hotel. Instead, the response felt dismissive and unhelpful, which significantly affected my overall stay. At this level, guests expect problems to be acknowledged and resolved efficiently, with a focus on customer care. Sadly, this was not my experience."

"The location is great and the staff are friendly. We booked a junior suite with two queen beds as there were three of us. The size of the room was great but the room, particularly the bathroom, had a very musty, vegetal odor. In one instance we walked in after being out for the afternoon and the odor was overwhelming. We called the front desk and they didn’t offer much help, other than to open the windows. Also the elevators were malfunctioning periodically during our stay. Overall, the hotel was adequate given the choices in the area we needed to stay and our budget."

"This hotel is in a wonderful location, but the rooms are horrible. I guess that’s just New York but for $350 a night you would expect a nicer room. Bed was hard, pillows small, bathroom is outdated w/ shower curtain, mismatched caulking, rusted door jamb. Way overdue for a major renovation."
