Very Unpleasant Stay

First of all I reserved 5-bedrooms with 5-bathrooms. When I checked in the person checking us in just opened 4-bedrooms and said that’s all we reserved. I had to show him my confirmation and argued the point with him. In the morning a man unlocked the front door and walked in stating this was a common area and he had all right to come in before check out. My family and I were very disappointed with this reservation.
