A classy four-star hotel should have certain refined touches, not a plastic trolley in the restaurant delivering food. Noisy and frenetic. Overpriced €18 for a salad, the least expensive dish on the menu. Menu not really very Italian, you feel you are in the USA. $300/ night for a single room with no bathroom amenities, not even a q-tip. Bottled shampoo, etc ok, but maintenance needed for the drain of the shower and broken toilet seat cover. Room was clean, nice linens, but a bottle of water is €3... I am a HH member and tour operator. CheapTickets had better prices than the hotel.

It’s a nice hotel, nice rooms, bar/dining area was very good. However, we were really looking forward to using the hottub and pool, and they were closed for maintenance. Both the gym and pool closed at the same time? Otherwise, I’d still recommend…cheers

Booked this stay at the tail end of a 2 week trip. Staff are not overly communicative or helpful. Booked specifically for the pool. Came to lobby and asked for directions to the pool, which we were given. Area looked closed and asked someone else who confirmed it was closed due to a fire. Dinner was mediocre at best. Trying to find the happy how lounge was a struggle - three staff gave 3 different directions. But once we found it, wished we had skipped duvet and just eaten the happy hour food. Hallway doors have some sort of alarm so was awoken to those in the middle of the night. Had higher expectations for a Hilton. Beds were at least comfortable and room was clean.

I stay here often, convenient, comfortable but very busy, delay in checking in due to full occupancy and cleaning staff delays. It happens, the staff was very good in handling the situation. But also had a fire incident, evacuation of building. Again, staff on top of things but communication was lacking. Will stay again, but this was a unique situation that comes with traveling frequently.

The room was clean, quiet, and comfortable. The staff were freindly and efficient. We left early morning flight before breakfast, but the night before the staff asked if we would like breakfast boxes to go. We had a nice dinner.
