Front desk staff was awesome as were majority of the facilities. Unfortunately our room was very loud with lots of noise from the street, I would recommend you not get a room facing the street. Also the bathroom was horrible, very clean but the layout is awful. The door opens onto the toilet, the bathtub/shower is way too narrow and very uncomfortable. Dinner was decent as was the live entertainment but service and the restaurant was below par. Can't say enough about the front desk staff but the rest of the stay left us disappointed.

Bathrooms need to be improved. For 4 star hotel you should at least have toilet paper holder. Bathrooms are good size but should have more storage room or shelf. Also would be nice to have regular glasses and not paper cups. Overall hotel needs some renovation. Otherwise rooms are good size, area is nice with lots of restaurants and about 20 min walk to center. Staff at front desk were helpful. Breakfast was good on top floor with view.

It’s good, but…

The staff it’s great, friendly and very helpful! Lots of restaurants and bars to walk and have a nice meal. Quiet area, ideal for those who want to stay away from the sea of tourists around the city. The last two nights of our stay, we had to move to a standard room (since we weren’t able to book the entire stay in the prestige room). Do not book the standard as it’s too small, the beds are way too soft. Also try to avoid being on the 6th floor, as above you have the rooftop and you’ll hear all the furniture moving, the music and everything going on upstairs.

Beautiful hotel and very friendly and helpful front desk staff. Walkable from the train station. Mattresses aren’t the most comfortable, and the room doesn’t get much natural light. But overall it was a very nice stay.
