Great room & reception

We tried calling to get help with a taxi in the middle of the night and got disconnected (probably not your fault). But when we arrived at 4am, we were greeted warmly and helped to find our room. My only two complaints are the tiny bathroom/shower (common in Europe, I know) and the expensive breakfast (since ours wasn't included).

Good overall, a couple disappointments.

Overall, our stay was fine. A couple of disappointments. The swimming pool was unusable because the space was rented for a private gathering. Also, the rooms are very small. That’s not a big problem. They were very clean and functional.

A/C was excellent! Airport shuttle was very convenient. However beds were quite firm with very flat pillows. The pool area looked wonderful but it was closed due to a private event.

Worst Best Western I have stayed in ever. Room 1981was tiny, looked like a 1960’s motel 6. Was not sound proof even though very near Rome’s busiest airport. Had awful sewer smell and should NOT be rented If we did not have so many bags, we’re not so tired, and another hotel were close by I would have changed hotels. Staff person we advised of smell was indifferent. If it were in US, health department would shut it down. There was a private party for a lot of people that had a loud music until midnight-could not sleep. Restaurant was very good. BW Plus in Rome was excellent.

This hotel is a few minutes from the Rome airport. The surrounding area is very limited. That being said the amenities at the hotel are great. The restaurant has a great menu and delicious food. Service and cleanliness is always great. We have been staying there for years and always share this location with friends. Super easy to get to and they have a sitter service for the airport.

They nickel and dime you for everything. The shuttle(that is free at other hotels) was charged $8 per person each way. the restaurant cost more than it should and had limited offerings. The breakfast offered was 6am - 10 am-it should be open longer.(there is no midday offering) There is a scale to check the weight of your luggage in the lobby-for a price. this should be a courtesy. The room was clean and comfortable. The hallway was dim and dated and in need of attention. I found the younger people on staff to be more helpful and pleasant. The housekeeper was very kind and helpful. The pool area was nice with plenty of seating. The cost is on point with other properties in the vicinity.

Stayed one night to catch a flight next morning, the hotel is going under bathroom renovation and the was dated, charged us €8 each for 5 minutes airport transfer. The restaurant was pricy too.
