While there are a couple of redeeming features, the overall experience has been frustrating and far below expectations. The air conditioning in our room is barely functional, which is a significant issue in Rome’s intense heat. Despite reporting the problem, it hasn’t been properly resolved, leaving us uncomfortable and restless. For a hotel of this standard, a working AC is a basic necessity that has not been delivered.
Breakfast, which comes at a steep price, has been another letdown. When we asked about allergies, the staff provided vague and unhelpful answers, which is concerning for anyone with dietary needs.
