"The hotel location was great. We could walk right into town to the Hot Springs or dinner. The rooms were clean and the pool was just what my son and his cousin were looking for! Because of its close proximity to the Glenwood adventure Park and the time of year we went (spring break), there were a lot of families, which made breakfast extremely chaotic. There was not enough food for the amount of guests and the items they could replenish did not happen when the items were empty. Sometimes it took quite a while and just listening in passing that some families were upset and left to go to nearby restaurants. Aside from that the hotel was great, but if you are looking for something quieter, this would probably not be the place for you."

"Room and hotel were lovely. The only issues were that the room was interior to the hotel with no functioning windows. For a claustrophobic person it wasn't great. Also, first floor was noisy as you could hear every conversation as if it were in your room. Room 195 is one to avoid. "
