This hotel needs an upgrade. The rooms need a renovation. The staff was awesome. You have to pay $10 to park in their parking lot, which was a surprise to us.

This was my second time staying in this hotel with my family. I had a great time when I stay here for the time however this time everything was great but in my room there was lot of bugs/ flies. I made video and took some pictures of it too. When I told front desk manager she told me that it’s a bug season and it’s normal. Her answer shocked me however I didn’t create any issue and checked out. I have one question from management if dere is bug season so as a customers we will be expecting bugs, flies, snake etc in our room?

This place is great in location as you are right next to the adventure park and hot springs. The lobby is well maintained but the hallways and rooms of the hotel were very gross. My room was in the basement and had water damage that obviously was not handled well because mold was blooming on the ceiling. My window also did not shut all the way and there were stains on some of the sheets of the beds. Overall very dingy and not well maintained. I would not stay here again and recommend no one else stay here

The first room I was put in was filthy. Stains on bed and dirty sheets. Hair in shower. I was moved to another room, I should have checked it better. We went to dinner and came back to go to bed and found hair in sheets, bugs on floor, hair in shower. It is an outdated hotel with sheets that are yellow and need to be changed out.

The hotel is run down and not clean. There wasn’t any housekeeping services, our trash was never picked up even after leaving it outside our room door. The paint was peeling from the bathroom and the bathroom door was falling apart. The rooms are very small for a family of 4. On top of everything the rooms are very expensive!!!

Room was on the smaller side. Bed was comfortable but the pillows were not great. Indoor pool was fun for the kids. Hot tub was hot but the jets didn’t work. Location was great to access the adventure park and the hot springs. Overall ok.

The rooms were plain with limited amenities. Small bathroom. Parking at the hotel was limited and an extra $10 a day. There are two other options in the immediate area for less money and more impressive rooms.
