Filing nails while interacting with guests not a good look. Also, requested late check out the night before, and was told I had to follow up with the morning staff and they do not communicate wiuth one another. Defeats the entire purpose of sleeping in if I have to wake up to call the front desk. Can't put it in the notes??

There were people partying and slamming the door to the starewell until 3am. Then at 4am people started slamming the door to leave the hotel. Dont let them put you by the stairs!
