Check in and room were good, not really a wait at all. Room cleanliness was also good. The only thing was it appears the elevator takes very long even if it does not stop on other floors. Not sure if that is normal for that location, not complaining just thought it was strange how long it took. Likely stay at that location again should I return to rifle.

Went on business trip and took my dog, very nice clean excellent service, the only down side I would say is while the bed was comfy the bedding was not. They could up grade. Overall very nice felt safe and my dog was happy.

The hotel itself was great. Clean and the staff was friendly. Online check in & out was convenient. We had some noisy neighbors on the floor pretty late and pretty early and someone had set the alarm clock in the room to go off pretty early in the morning, but everything that was under direct control of the hotel was great and at a much better price point than Glenwood Springs.
