The breakfast menu was delicious, but a few items I ordered were missing. It wasn’t enough to make a fuss, but in retrospect, given how much I was paying to be there, it’s quite disappointing. The service was always wonderful, and the staff is quite kind. When my husband pulled out one of the towels, there were a few brown splotches on it, and not all of the amenities in the room worked. Overall, a fine stay and beautifully decorated for the holidays, but a bit of a letdown.
