The room could use an update, like the carpet. It would have been helpful if they had vending machines instead of having to buy snscks and water from the check in area. But room is reasonably priced and is located nearby to downtown Reno.

Hotel is very tired, room are very old and pretty poor condition. The sofa in our room had stains, the sink stopper was stuck closed so we had to brush teeth in bathtub. The faucet in the bathroom sink assembly was loose. We had to switch rooms as first one had terrible odor. The front desk person was the sole bright spot. The area around the hotel is scary, the adjacent diner and casino attract an unsavory faction making the entire experience a big disappointment. The hotel is grossly overpriced for area and conditions.

While staying there I got robbed in the parking lot. They stole my wallet and hotel key card and while I stayed in the parking lot calling the police they went into my room with the key and stole my brothers cell and wallet while they were asleep in the room. The hotel area is unsafe and the front desk was no help at all. It felt like a set up or if I was being watched and followed. Worst and a scariest experience of my entire life.

Not somewhere you want to be at night

The room was outdated, hot water barely worked, place smells like mildew. There are a lot of unfavorable people hanging around outside and all the hotels outdoor lights are burned out.
