"The hotel is beautiful, with modern and well-appointed rooms that include all the essential amenities such as toiletries, fresh towels, a coffee and tea maker, hair dryer, and complimentary bottled water. Its downtown location is excellent, offering easy access to restaurants, shopping malls, and other attractions. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and accommodating throughout our stay. Breakfast is continental and must be pre-ordered. We chose not to have it, as the cost of approximately $30–$50 per person seemed quite expensive. The hotel also does not offer self-parking, so valet service is the only parking option. As a historic hotel, it has plenty of charm and character while still providing modern comforts. While the overall stay is on the pricey side, we had a wonderful experience. It is an excellent choice for couples, families with children, and business travelers looking to stay in the heart of downtown."
