The woman at check in acted like I was bothering her. The room smelled terrible. Nothing “soundproof” about the room… The first morning we were woken up to vacuuming in the hallway. The room above us was so loud, i swear they were doing calisthenics. Would not recommend.

The room was very clean. Ruth (at the hotel) was very professional, polite, and helpful. I also spoke to someone at reservations when I called the 1-800# and she was very polite and helpful. Overall, we had an ideal experience.
