I stayed at this hotel 3 times since March due to my child attending WVU. Location is good and not a far drive from campus. Our first stay was great. No issues, very clean room and a great price. Second stay was not so great. Cleanliness was not as good. Mold in the shower and very moldy shower curtain. Something sticky on the carpet. Not bad enough to make me not want to go back though because the cost was low. Third stay was bad! I woke up to little specks of blood under where my middle back would have been. I was very confused as to where it came from so I checked my pjs and there was no blood on them at all and I had no kind of cuts or anything on me at all. Unfortunately even thought we checked the corners of the bed for evidence of bed bugs I didn’t turn down the blankets before getting in and the room was dark so I believe the blood was already there. I was later told that spots that look like blood can be evidence of bed bugs. Luckily we had no bites or anything. I told the front desk about the spots and they changed the sheets right away. The bathroom was so moldy this time too. No excuse for that kind of mold in a bathroom. Way worse than the time before even. Needless to say, I won’t be back to this hotel again. It’s a shame because I really like the hotel itself and the location and the nightly rates but they need to seriously step up their cleaning.

Staff awesome. Room not clean well. Crusty and dirty sheets on bed, beer bottles in drawer, soap on wall in bathroom, old towels hanging in closet. Beds comfy after new blankets i requested. Soaps good, food good and staff awesome. I think if i would have asked for them to clean they would have.
