Las Palmas upper Puerto Morelos

This property has a wonderful host who went out of her way to straighten out a problem with my booking. VRBO had NOT informed the hotel of my paid for booking. There was NO RECORD of my reservation. I tried the "virtual assistant" but that was useless! The host took over an hour and a half of her time on the phone with VRBO to get it right. I had shown her that VRBO had debited my credit card and she said she would honor my reservation no matter what. You can't ask for more from a hotel host. VRBO was a huge disappointment only adding stress to myself and the host. Do better!
