Great house in a great location

Andres and his property were great. If you're looking for something charming and with a lot of character this is it. If you want something brand new and modern, resort style, than maybe not, but then Puerto Morelos probably isn't for you.There are a couple things to note. The second floor bedroom is only accessible from an outside stair. The house had a lot of unique digital art on the walls, Andres says he uses it as an art gallery when it's not a rental. This was a bit of a concern for us as we have small children and the price tags on the art made us concerned what would happen if they damaged anything. The photos make it appear as if there are 4 beds in the house, but there are just 3 (as stated in the property description). I think this is because there are photos from both before and after he refurnished the property.Otherwise the stay was great, the location is great, and Andres was a pleasure to work with. If we visit Puerto Morelos again we will definitely consider staying here.
